When payments are completed online, a processing fee is included in the total amount charged.

Food Truck & Caterer Vendor Fee

  • Participants must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, and electricity. If you are not participating with your own food truck or trailer, all vendor booths must have a canopy that is no larger than 10 ft x10 ft. Canopies are required to be secured with canopy weights to prevent the hazard of being windblown, causing bodily injury.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellation of the event due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
